1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hindustan Software website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Hindustan Software provides IT services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, and related services. Scope is defined in separate project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

We typically require 50% advance before project commencement and 50% upon delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables. Hindustan Software retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
